Delete your I AM GR8 account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open I AM GR8 and sign in.
2. Tap You in the bottom bar.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email iamgr8support@reactiv8.org.uk from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my I AM GR8 account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. A parent or guardian can ask on behalf of a child under 16 from the email address they gave us.

What is deleted

Everything we hold about you: your name, email, contact number and date of birth, your profile picture, your Life Audit answers and GR8 Score, your missions, quiz answers, goals, GR8 Points, streak and badges, your conversations with MAC, and your notification settings.

What is kept

• A record that an account was deleted, holding a random account number and nothing that identifies you.
• Records of purchases, which Apple or Google keep as the seller. Deleting your account does not cancel a GR8 Plus subscription: cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
